2. General Conditions
2.1. Eligibility: Refund eligibility varies based on the type of service purchased and the completion status of the project. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes outlined in this policy.
2.2. Exclusions: Certain services and products are not eligible for refunds or returns. These include, but are not limited to, custom software solutions that have been substantially delivered, digital products that have been downloaded, and third-party services or products integrated into your project.
2.3. Proof of Purchase: All refund and return requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
3. Web Design Services
3.1. Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
3.2. Design Phase: If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts provided, you may request a partial refund, minus any non-refundable fees, within 14 days of receiving the concepts. Refunds will be issued only if the project has not progressed beyond the design phase.
3.3. Development Phase: Once the project moves into the development phase, refunds are not available. Any changes or revisions to the project will be handled per our revision policy.
3.4. Completed Projects: Refunds are not available for completed web design projects. If there are issues with the completed project, we will work with you to resolve them promptly.
4. App Development Services
4.1. Project Initiation: Fees for project initiation and planning are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
4.2. Development Phase: Refund requests for app development services must be made within 30 days of project initiation. Partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed to date, minus any non-refundable fees.
4.3. Testing and Deployment: Refunds are not available once the project has moved into the testing and deployment phase. Any issues identified during testing will be addressed following our maintenance policy.
4.4. Completed Projects: Refunds are not available for completed app development projects. We will provide support and maintenance services to address any issues with the completed project.
5. Software Development Services
5.1. Custom Software Solutions: Custom software solutions are developed based on specific client requirements. Refunds for custom software projects are not available once the project has commenced.
5.2. Software Integration: Fees for software integration services are non-refundable once the integration process has begun.
5.3. Maintenance and Support: Fees for maintenance and support services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the maintenance or support provided, we will work with you to resolve any issues.
6. Digital Products
6.1. Non-Refundable: Digital products, such as downloadable software, templates, or resources, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
6.2. Defective Products: If a digital product is found to be defective or does not meet the specifications outlined at the time of purchase, we will provide a replacement product or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. Third-Party Services and Products
7.1. No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for third-party services or products integrated into your project. Any issues with third-party services or products must be addressed with the respective third-party provider.
8. Requesting a Refund
8.1. How to Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@takahost.in with your proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
8.2. Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
8.3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed to date and any non-refundable fees. The amount of the partial refund will be determined at the discretion of Takahost Web Solution.
9. Returns Policy
9.1. Physical Products: If we offer any physical products in the future, our returns policy will be outlined here. As of now, our services do not include physical products.
